Cancellation Policy

📋 Booking Policy At Serenity Skin & Beauty, I aim to offer a calm, personal experience for every client. To help keep everything running smoothly, please take a moment to read through the booking policies below: ✅ Booking Confirmation All appointments must be confirmed through the online booking system. You’ll receive an email and/or text confirmation once your booking is secured. 💳 Deposits Some treatments may require a small deposit to secure your appointment. This will be clearly shown during the booking process and will be deducted from your final balance. 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me time to offer the slot to another client. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows may require full payment before future bookings can be made. ⏰ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment. 📄 Medical & Skin Conditions Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities when booking or during your consultation. This helps me tailor your treatment safely and effectively. 📷 Before & After Photos With your permission, I may ask to take photos of your treatment results to share on my social media.
